Winter Goalkeeping Academy

This three day camp is open to male and female GK's from the ages of 11-18 of Southern Colorado. There are no requirements for this camp.

Goalkeeping Academy Dates and Times
Session #1 - December 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Session #2 - January 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Participants of the program will receive a practice ball and training t-shirt.

Cost $100

Following the Calcio progressive curriculum, players will develop their skills in these areas.

* Footwork & Plyometric Training
    * Catching & Handling
    * Body Shape & Positioning
    * Power Diving
    * 1v1 Simulation
    * V Concept
    * Distribution (goal-kicks, punts, throwing)
